THE “DATA CONTROLLER”
Innova Camera, a Special Undertaking under the Rome Chamber of Commerce for Innovation (under the ‘Asset Chambers’ until 30 June 2016) with head office at Via de’ Burrò n. 147 – 00186 Rome, is the data “controller”.
Innova Camera may appoint certain external persons in charge of the maintenance and updating of the Site and, more generally, activities which help to implement the “The Big Hack” project as “External Data Processors”. The Data Controller can provide the list of Data Processors.

Processing associated with this website’s web service takes place at the office of Innova Camera and/or at the offices of the persons appointed as External Data Processors.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data which is transmitted when using Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, as a result of processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
